At Vault Atelier, we provide authentic fashion items including clothing, accessories, jewelry, home goods, and more. Our ready-to-ship items are available for immediate delivery within 48 hours of order confirmation.

In addition, our extensive network of global suppliers grants us access to a uniquely curated selection of high-end fashion pieces, available through our Pre-Order service. This option allows customers to secure exclusive items and have them shipped directly.

Pre-orders for international deliveries are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, while pre-orders to Ghana may take up to 21 business days.

Every item we supply undergoes expert authentication by world-class professionals and advanced verification systems, ensuring that each product we deliver is 100% authentic and exactly as described.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery windows, Vault Atelier shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance processes, supplier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We will not be liable for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • In the event that a supplier is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, we will offer the customer the choice of an alternative item of equal value or a full refund.
  • Vault Atelier shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays or supplier-related issues.

Payment on Delivery (COD) Policy

Deposit

A GHC 500 non-refundable deposit is required for all COD orders.
This amount is deducted from your total at delivery.
If the order is cancelled or you are unreachable, the deposit is forfeited.

Communication

Stay reachable on the delivery day.
If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled.

Failed Deliveries

Unreachable or unavailable customers will lose access to COD.
Repeated issues may lead to a full service restriction.

Service Rights

Vault Atelier may adjust or withdraw COD access when necessary.
Policy updates may occur without prior notice.
