Shipping policy

At Vault Atelier, we pride ourselves on delivering your items promptly and securely. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding shipping and delivery.

 

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
  • Pre-orders have specific timelines:
    • International deliveries: 3–7 business days from supplier dispatch.
    • Pre-orders to Ghana: Up to 21 business days from supplier dispatch.

  • All timelines are estimates and subject to change due to supplier schedules, customs processing, and courier availability.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by customs, courier network disruptions, strikes, natural events, or supplier issues are beyond Vault Atelier’s control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, order weight, and delivery method.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link (if available) via email or WhatsApp.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and arrange collection/delivery with the courier when required.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipping

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, missed courier appointments, or refusal to accept the package, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Items not claimed from the courier within their holding period will be considered abandoned and may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Liability Limitation

  • Vault Atelier is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or suppliers.
    • Damage occurring after items leave our facility or supplier warehouse.
    • Losses due to incorrect address or customer’s failure to receive the order.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted directly to the courier service.
