Refund policy

At Vault Atelier, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refunds
    •    Refunds are accepted within 36 hours of receiving your order.
    •    All logistics costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
    •    A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Exchanges
    •    Items may be exchanged for another product of equal value within the 36-hour window.
    •    Logistics costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

3. Condition of Returned Items
    •    Returned items must not be worn, tried on, or tampered with in any way.
    •    All tags and stickers must be intact.
    •    We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

4. Pre-Orders
    •    Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    •    Contact our customer service team within the allowed timeframe with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    •    We will provide return instructions and the address for shipping back the item.
